The goal of this program is to support your people to:

  • UNDERSTAND AND DIAGNOSE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR: To understand the ‘human’ in the leadership equation – to really understand though the lens of neuroscience how to navigate the complexity of human behaviour. We want them to be Masters of Engagement

 

  • ENGAGE IN EXCEPTIONAL SELF LEADERSHIP: To have the tools and strategies to:
    • Self-regulate emotions and stress levels, remaining calm and logical
    • Understand the biased nature of the human brain and manage to the optimum objectivity in decision-making and people/client interactions
    • Generate the optimum productivity and performance from themselves and others
    • Understand the importance of, and how to create, psychologically safe workplaces so that people can work with integrity, honesty and authenticity. People shouldn’t be afraid to respectfully verbalise what they need and what they think.

  • INFLUENCE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR: Change happens one conversation at a time, not in one conversation. Change requires a change in thinking, and thinking can be powerfully influenced through masterful conversation. You want your leaders to be Masters of Change
